Question by Ben B: Does anyone know a driver for the webcam on an Acer Aspire 5532?
Alot of people on the internet seem to believe that the Acer Aspire 5532 laptop does not have a built-in webcam, but the company have said there IS an in-built Crystal Eye webcam.
For some reason they just didnt seem to bother installing the drivers for it.
Does anyone know how to get it working, or have the drivers needed not be made yet?

You didn’t bother going to Acer’s support website and downloading the drivers… did you? You probably didn’t even know there WAS a support Website for Acer products, where you could download the drivers, did you?

You click on Notebooks
You click on Aspire
You click on Aspire 5532

I’d not rely on whether or not the company says they put a webcam in some of those models… I’d rely on what you can SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES… and if there is a webcam at the top of the screen clearly visible. Installing drivers won’t make a camera magically appear.
